Isa's Secret Files and this site are run by the creator behind Isa's Secret Files (IsaDoesAI) ("we" or "us"). To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email hello@isasecretfiles.com.

We aren't OpenArt. OpenArt does not run, sponsor or endorse this site.

What do you collect?

A reference codeA random code, created if you use our /go link. It only helps us connect your signup to you.
Your email, from the pop-upWhen you tell us which email you used on OpenArt. It's how we find your signup, and we may remind you up to twice if we can't.
Your email, from a claimWhen you fill in the claim form, so we can give you access and contact you about it.
How you use the toolsThings like your video ideas and scripts, the character photos and style pictures you upload, renders and sign-in times, so the tools work, limits stay fair and misuse can be looked into.
Your OpenArt connectionOnly if you choose to connect your OpenArt account: the access token OpenArt gives us, so renders can run in your account.

We never see your card details. You pay OpenArt on their own site. Nothing on this site takes a payment.

Cookies and your browser

We set one cookie of our own, drb_ref, and only if you go to OpenArt through our /go link. It holds the random reference code, lasts 60 days and does nothing else. The main buttons on our page go straight to OpenArt and don't set it.

Your browser also remembers, on your own device, whether you already went to OpenArt from here and whether you already gave us your email, so we don't ask twice. That stays on your device.

When you arrive on OpenArt, their affiliate provider, Tolt, sets its own referral cookie on OpenArt's side so the referral can be credited to us. That cookie belongs to them and follows OpenArt's and Tolt's privacy policies. An ad blocker or privacy browser can stop it working, which is why we ask you to switch yours off.

Which services touch my data?

Only the ones needed to make this work:

  • Vercel hosts this site and the tools
  • Supabase stores the tools' database
  • Resend sends your sign-in codes and access emails
  • Tolt, OpenArt's affiliate platform, records that a referral turned into a signup
  • OpenArt runs the renders you send from the tools, once you connect your account
  • Anthropic runs the language model that writes your scripts, shot lists and prompts, and sees the text you type into the tools

We don't sell, rent or trade your data, and we don't hand it to advertisers. We only share it if a valid legal order requires it.

How long do you keep it?

  • Claims: 24 months, in case there's ever a question about a signup
  • An email from the pop-up: 24 months, unless you unsubscribe or ask for deletion sooner
  • Your account: while you have access, plus 12 months
  • Your generation history: until you delete it or your account closes
  • Your OpenArt connection: until you disconnect it or your account closes
  • The drb_ref cookie: 60 days, or until you clear it

Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove it, and everything linked to it, within 30 days.

What are my rights?

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@isasecretfiles.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

In the UK or EU you can also object to or restrict how we use your data, ask for it in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on contract (giving you the access you asked for), legitimate interests (running the service and preventing fraud) and consent (analytics and marketing emails), and you can withdraw consent at any time.

What emails will I get?

Once you claim, we email you about your access: your sign-in details and anything that changes whether the tools keep working. These are service emails and come for as long as you have an account.

If you gave us your email in the pop-up and we can't find your OpenArt signup yet, you get two reminders at most: one when your email is a day old and a last one when it's two days old. They stop the moment you get access.

Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe, and it's permanent. Tapping a button on our page again later won't add you back.

Anything else, like news about new tools, is separate and always has a working unsubscribe link.

Will this change?

If we change this in a way that affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect, rather than quietly changing the date.
