We aren't OpenArt. We're an independent affiliate. Your OpenArt plan is a separate agreement between you and OpenArt, on their terms. So you know who to ask:

We give no warranty and take no responsibility for anything on OpenArt's side of that list. We don't control their prices, features, uptime, moderation or support, we can't refund on their behalf, and we're not liable for losses they cause.
If you start a paid OpenArt plan through a link on our page, and the referral is recorded on our affiliate account (OpenArt's affiliate program runs on Tolt), we give you the tools listed on our page at no charge.
We aim to unlock access within 24 hours of a confirmed claim. That's a goal, not a guarantee.
Isa's Secret Files is a free bonus. It isn't sold, and nothing on this site takes a payment. The only way to get it is to start a paid OpenArt plan through our link, and OpenArt charges you their normal price for that. Coming through our page doesn't change what OpenArt charges you.
It includes My Script Writer, Same-Face Character Maker, Scene Planner, Style Copier, and any tools we add later. We say on our page and in our privacy policy that we earn a commission.
What you make is yours to use. It also falls under the terms of whichever model created it. We may pause or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these rules.
Isa's Secret Files keeps growing, which is the point. Tools get added, and sometimes one is replaced or retired. The models underneath belong to other companies and can change or shut down without asking us. We can't promise any particular tool, model or feature will stay.
If we remove something you actively rely on, we'll give you fair notice first.
Anything on our page about saving time or better images and videos describes our own experience, not a promise about yours. We don't guarantee income, followers or creative results, and nothing here is financial or professional advice.
The tools are a free bonus provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or knock-on losses, lost profits, lost data, lost credits or money spent on any model.
The most we can ever owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months. You pay us nothing, so that is zero. Anything about the OpenArt platform is handled by OpenArt, as explained above.
None of this limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or removes consumer rights the law says can't be removed.
These terms can change. If a change really affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the place where you live.
